Tallis Wine
Tallis Wine is one of the many fine local wineries in the Shepparton district and is located a short drive east of the nearby township of Dookie. Tallis Wine is produced from grapes grown in the rich red volcanic soil of the Dookie hills and processed on site using old world traditional winemaking practices including open fermenters for their reds, hand plunging and even foot trampling in some wines to add flavour complexity and textural qualities. Tallis Wine has cellar door Friday to Sunday or by appointment.
